We took our dog here instead of our normal vet for an emergency, because our normal vet was closed. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful. And you cannot beat their prices!! We will only be coming here from now on. Tha k yall for taking such great care of loretta!!

Moved here from California and the plane trip was so traumatic for our two Lionheads, they went into GI Stasis and were close to dying. Next day after arriving, we took our rabbits in to Northside Pet Clinic and they saved them. The care was awesome and they kept our bunnies a week until we unpacked to be sure they would not be bothered while they recouped. Since then we have kept coming to Northside Pet Clinic for the best health care, nail trim etc.. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else or trust anyone else with our bunnies!

My brother has been taking his fur baby Truvy to Dr Vaughn for awhile. She has recently been treating Truvy for lymphoma. Tonight his sweet fur baby lost her battle with cancer and Dr Vaughn drove from out of state to my brothers house to assist with the care of Truvy. I've never heard of a healthcare professional going out of their way in this manner, and I've been a nurse in the ER for over 10 years. This type of care and compassion is overwhelming, and has to be recognized. Although I have never used this clinic personally, I would not hesitate to take either of my dogs to Dr. Vaughn and her staff. Thank you all for the love and care you gave Truvy (and my brother). You guys are an example for all. Much love!

The Doctor and staff went way above to make us feel comfortable. Brought my squirrel from Texas to have fixed and checked. They are a great place and would reccomend to anyone. The Doctor explained everything and was very friendly. Would drive the again just to go there for Peabody's care.

Dr. Vaughn truly is phenomenal. She is so very detailed, and took such great care of my dog Chelsea. As a medical student, she even allowed me to feel where my dogs knee dislocated and let me look in her eyes to see the cataracts. I can’t reccomend her enough. Her love for animals is so clear, I can wait to come back!

Me and my family are so grateful to Dr. Vaughn and the staff at Northside Pet Clinic!!! They are a blessing from God!!! Our family pet member was so sick and we took her to the clinic on a Saturday for emergency treatment. God blessed the staff to nurse her back to health and they are some of the most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and pet loving people we have ever met. Their customer service is excellent, and they notified us of everything they were doing to our family pet member. Our family pet member is home and doing great, and Jesus has performed a miracle through them!!! We recommend Northside Pet Clinic to everyone, and bless them forever!!!

I've always taken care of my dog Badger as best as I can on my own. This was the first time I've had to take to a vet to update her shots record and the staff here were very kind and patient with her. Dr. Vaughn was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. I love that she has exotic experience and it gives my baby somewhere to go for health check ups! They were a bit busy with emergency calls the day I went in but were apologetic and dint make us feel any less important. We will definitely be back! I’m also going to use her for my doggo now as well. Very friendly crew! Thank you!
